As AOR for MONDAY Haircare in Canada, ZAK was tasked with ideating and executing an original event concept to celebrate the brands latest launches as part of their new “No Bad Mondays” campaign.

Approximately 50 media and influencers were invited to the event along with their bestie. Attendees were welcomed by a customized marquee, welcoming them to an exclusive screening of the cult-classic and brand founder favorite “Clueless”. Attendees were offered personalized hair assessments, ensuring each guest received a gift bag tailored to their hair needs. Influencers and journalists mingled, captured their good hair day in the MONDAY photobooth, and treated themselves to popcorn and themed candies and cocktails before cozying up to take in the movie with branded blankets. A special pre-taped message from the Brand Founder prior to the screening made the evening extra special while delivering education. As the event concluded, guests left with a MONDAY goodie bag filled with their custom products, a MONDAY towel, dry shampoo, and other branded merch. The evening was a celebration of friendship, fun and good hair days to come delivering on the brand promise of No Bad Mondays!

RESULTS ACHIEVED

Content sharing from the event exceeded expectation by far with over 250 hits and 21,649,574 social media impressions. There are more than 15 static posts across TikTok & Instagram and 235+ stories on Instagram The ROI of the event was extremely positive with an EMV of over $985,000,00.
